New Summer Teen Support Group
NEW TEEN SUMMER SUPPORT GROUP AT HEALING BRIDGES!
This new and exciting group is for adolescents 12-18 years old who could benefit from peer connection, emotional wellness, coping strategies, and structured social support in a safe, supportive space where participants can connect with other peers.
Co-facilitated by two skilled therapists for 12 weeks addressing topics such as Friendship and social connection, creating boundaries, building trust, stress, choices, and problem solving, and many more!
